Welcome all! I am an Italian immigrant who grew up in Montreal and has been living in Seattle for the past 20 years. I've been told (mostly by friends and family) that I'm a pretty good cook. In all honesty, the intent of this blog is to create and pass along a collection of family recipes that can later be accessed by my children, nieces, nephews and anyone else who loves the clean, fresh and simple back to nature Mediterranean cuisine.
